Bachir, have you ever licked both scoops of an ice cream? After a hard shopping session, it’s time for a treat. So here we are in front of Bachir with Blanche. A victim of its own success, you’ll have to wait in a (long) queue to have the pleasure of licking the scoops of this Lebanese ice cream parlour. Frankly, it’s almost sado-masochistic, but that’s another subject… But the wait was well worth it! The achtar specialty is not too sweet and perfectly flavoured with orange blossom. And the pistachios on top… what a delight. Gourmand that we are, we even asked for the little secret sauce on top, homemade chantilly! If you’ve never licked two scoops of ice cream at Bachir’s, go for it, the small 6.40€ size is enough to enjoy 😉
