Cucuzza, a kick of boot in the ass (get the jock? Italy’s boot). Finding a good pizza in Paris is like finding the right condom: there are so many to choose from, you don’t know where to turn. Dough too thick, too thin, burnt edges, undercooked… And nothing annoys me more than a bad pizza. So when you find THE cond… pizzeria, you keep it! Cucuzza is one of them. The toppings are top-notch and generous, but not overpowering, and you can feel the quality of the ingredients. But above all, the dough is absolutely delicious, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, perfectly cooked, not too salty… in short, the pizza is a delight. What’s more, they have pretty interesting cocktails with ESPRESSO MARTINIS, the second reason I’m on Earth (I’ll let you guess the first one). Really, finding espresso martinis in Paris is so complicated. In short, if you want a good pizza in a cute setting (especially in summer, with their terrace), go to Cucuzza.
