In the mood for a good burger? PNY is the place to go. Far from American-style fast food, the warm, uncluttered atmosphere is reminiscent of chic, trendy New York restaurants. As for the cuisine, it’s equally refined, which could be mistaken for French food… Created in 2012 on rue Faubourg Saint-Denis by two friends, the restaurants have opened and even exported outside Paris! And yet, just as the founders intended, you never get the impression that you’re eating in a chain. The decor and service are very pleasant. The products are chosen with great care and the recipes are quite original. I particularly like the cheddar-covered sweet potato fries and the Goodbye California with avocado. What’s more, the meat is selected from producers who are very concerned about the environment. Vegetarian dishes are also available, and the price is not excessive considering the restaurant’s location.
