Crêperie Les Cormorans, eat too much fat, sugar and salt. “How to start this article if not by saying: WOW. I’m not one to get carried away, but this! Just incredible. A real nugget.
My little kawainés and I got together for our monthly dinner. A crêperie? But which one? There are so many around Montparnasse… After benchmarking the competition (bad internship habit), Clara suggested La Crêperie des Cormorans, simply because it was the cheapest in the area (kawainés but ratz) with its 14.5€ formula including a galette, a crêpe, a bowl of cider and tea or coffee.
As well as busting a gut, our taste buds were more than satisfied by these generous galettes, perfectly cooked with crispy edges, and the caramel beurre salée crêpe just exquisite. It’s almost winter, so we can afford to clog our arteries!
But the reason why I really fell in love with this crêperie is for its warm, no-holds-barred, generous atmosphere, and above all for the couple who run the place and manage it alone, who make us feel right at home. Quite frankly, I’m so won over by this crêperie that I didn’t even make a dubious joke!”
